The state of Oregon provided Gregory P. Barton with a law license in 1995.
 
The Oregon State Bar found Gregory guilty of the following misconduct
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Gregory by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Gregory practices at 1126 NE 114th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
 
Gregory and his wife were medical marihuana cardholders under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act (“OMMA”). The OMMA permitted Gregory to grown marijuana at his residence in limited allotments for medical use by for himself and his wife.
 
Several weeks later, police officers checked the status of Gregory’s duly registered marijuana growing site and discovered an excess of marijuana plants at the site.
 
Several months later, Gregory was convicted of felony Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. On year later, the felony convicted was reduced to a misdemeanor after Gregory successfully completed a one-year period of probation.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Gregory by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Gregory practices at 1126 NE 114th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
