Attorney Jon Agee of Ft. Lauderdale; greedy loser

The state of Florida presented Jon William Agee with a law license in 1966 after he graduated the University of Florida Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny and Dr. Herbert Birck were friends for 50 years since being introduced in Columbus, Ohio, their hometown. Johnny and his wife and Dr. Birck and his wife remained friendly after the Bircks relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 1993.

Several years later, Johnny prepared a Last Will and Testament and other related documents for Dr. Birck. In the Last Will and Testament, substantial gifts were bequeathed to Johnny and his wife.

Subsequently, Dr. Birck became afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease and was isolated from Johnny by a caregiver and neighbors, according to John. During that time period, Dr. Birck executed a new Last Will and Testament in which bequests were made to beneficiaries, with to Johnny and his wife.

Greedy Johnny then went to court to set aside the new Last Will and Testament on his specious claim that Dr. Birck was unduly influenced. Johnny’s action was summarily dismissed by the trial court.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2012) Johnny continues to practice in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.
