Attorney Rogelio "Roger" Rodriguez of El Paso; moronic loser
The state of Texas presented Rogelio Cesar Rodriguez with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.
A panel of the District 17 Grievance Committee found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.
Roger continued to represent a client (victim) even though he absolutely knew he was not competent to so act. Put simply, Roger was an obvious moron who refused to cease from practicing law in an area that he wasn’t qualified in.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Roger’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Rogelr by gifting him his second (2nd) complimentary reprimand.
Roger was also ordered to make restitution of $3,000 to his unfortunately client/victim.
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Rogelio practices at 3800 North Mesa Avenue in El Paso, Texas.
