Attorney Benjamin Eustachon of Houston; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Benjamin Nguyen Eustachon with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

A panel of the District 5 Grievance Committee found Steven guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to promptly deliver funds owed to client
  2. Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
  3. Disbursed client’s funds in trust account to persons not entitled to receive them
  4. Failed to respond to Grievance Committee complaint (Up Yours, said Benny!)
As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Benjamin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

Benjamin was also ordered to pay $9,217.11 in restitution to his client (victim) that he refused to deliver when he received it on the client’s behalf.

As we speak (ca. December 2012) Benjamin practices at 2117 Dunlavy in Houston, Texas.
