The Statewide Grievance Committee found Eddi guilty of the following misconduct
In one matter, Eddi wrote checks which were returned due to insufficient funds (rubber) as follows:
During the Grievance Committee investigation, Eddi failed to cooperate as required by the Disciplinary Rules. In short, Eddi told the Committee “Up Yours!”
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Eddi by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
