The Attorney Disciplinary Board found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to secure an adjournment of a scheduled jury trial
  3. Failed to obtain substitute counsel in order to protect client’s interest
  4. Failed to appear in court on the trial date on client’s behalf
In another matter, John was convicted of QUIL 3rd, a felony, in the Oakland County Circuit Court.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Attorney Disciplinary Board punished John by gifting with a complimentary 179-day suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2012) John practices at 42900 West 9 Mile Road in Novi, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
