  • Failed to act diligently in representing client (slacker)
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
Peter’s misconduct related to his gross negligence in administering a decedent’s estate in his capacity as personal representative and attorney for the estate.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Peter by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
