Attorney David Suemnick of Green Bay; lying repeat offender  The state of Wisconsin presented David A. Suemnick with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found David guilty of the following misconduct.
David thought it was acceptable to falsely advise his clients that he had filed lawsuits on their behalf when in fact he never did so. David also lied to his clients by telling then that their lawsuits had been settled, and that the matters had been set for hearings or trial.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t David’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received complimentary reprimands on two occasions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished David by revoking his law license.
As one would expect, the comedians sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court subsequently reinstated David’s law license, thereby providing him with the opportunity to earn a dishonest living as an attorney.
As we speak (ca. December 2012) David practices at 4020 Linden Lane in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
