Attorney Clifton Blevins of Spring Valley, CA; repeat offender
The state of California provided Clifton Donaldson Blevins with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.
The California Bar Court found Clifton guilty of misconduct on several occasions as set forth below.
Clifton’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Clifton was disciplined two years earlier regarding four (4) instances of failing to keep funds in his client trust account that were owed to his clients’ physicians.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Clifton by gifting him with a complimentary term of probation. In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any real punishment to Clifton.
Clifton’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Clifton failed to communicate with and respond to status inquires he received from a client in New Jersey involving a personal injury case.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Clifton by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license. Again, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court failed to mete out any meaningful punishment to Clifton the Repeater.
In addition to the above 2 instances of misconduct, Clifton previously received a complimentary reproval and another complimentary term of probation for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
