Rush Limbaugh: Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner

Congratulations to….
Rush Limbaugh
Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner
In his official capacity as the leader of the GOP, Rush decided it was time to dictate the rules for engagement in regards to negotiations with Obama over the so-called Fiscal Cliff. Rush advised his minions, such as Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to refuse to negotiate with Obama.
On his comedy show, Rush said, “The way to handle that [Fiscal Cliff], the way to call his bluff on this is to not negotiate with him and leave it up to him what happens.”
Rush doesn’t much give a damn if the economy tanks since he earns about $50 million a year performing his comedy skits on the radio. And he certainly doesn’t care about how it would impact upon those who tune into his daily comedy show, many of whom earn less than $50,000 a year.
It goes without saying that anyone in the GOP who has the audacity to ignore Rush’s orders will pay the price when he/she seeks re-election.
It is indeed unfortunate that the GOP is led by a comedian who finds it humorous to attack anyone who disagrees with his demented and delusional ideas on how the country should go about rectifying the many problems it suffers from.
Hopefully, the day will come when rational members of the GOP tell Rush to stick it up his substantial derriere.
Congrats Rush; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s most unaccomplished Standup Comedians; you are far too humble.
