Attorney Allen Bennett of Del Ray Beach, FL; drug abuser

The state of Florida provided Allen Frederick Bennett with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

Allen was conditionally admitted in obtaining his license to practice law in Florida. The reason for the conditional admission was based on t he fact that Allen was a habitual abuser of drugs and/or alcohol.

In receiving conditional admission to the Bar, Allen was required to submit to random drug testing with Affinity Drug & Alcohol testing. However, on at least four (4) occasions, Allen failed to take the required drug tests. In truth, Allen told the Bar “Up Yours!”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Allen practices at 101 NE 3rd Avenue in Del Ray Beach, Florida

On his self-serving website at www.afbip.com, Allen makes no mention of the aforementioned misconduct. Apparently, Allen chose to conceal these facts so as to not limit his future victim pool.
