Attorney Stanley Greenidge of Cambridge, MA; congenital liar
The state of Massachusetts presented Stanley E. Greenidge with a law license in 1995.
The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Stanely guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Stanley was hired to retrieve an auto that his client said was wrongfully reposed. The client’s business, a towing service, was the titled owner of the vehicle. The client paid Stanley $200 for the filing fee for a lawsuit she expected him to file.
Three months later Stanley filed the lawsuit in Norfolk Superior Court. Four months after he filed the lawsuit, it was dismissed by the trial court because Stanley the Moron failed to have a copy of the lawsuit served on the defendants. Even though Stanley received notice of the dismissal from the court, he never notified the client that her lawsuit had been dismissed.
In another matter, Stanley intentionally misrepresented (lied) to his client that he had filed a lawsuit in federal court on the client’s behalf. After he lied to the client, Stanley then filed the lawsuit; however, he again failed to have the lawsuit served on the defendants. Due to Stanley the Moron’s gross negligence, his client’s lawsuit was dismissed by the trial court. Stanley then compounded the problem by lying to his client that there were pending court dates in the case after he was notified it had been dismissed.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Stanley by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Stanley practices at 167 Windsor Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
