The State of Illinois provided Leonard Samuel DeFranco with a law license in 1978.
Disciplinary Counsel found Leonard guilty of the following misconduct.
Leonard found it acceptable to charge and then collect unreasonable legal fees while representing (cheating) the executor in two different decedent’s estates. Here we have an unconscionable loser that goes about ripping off the estates of dead people. What a guy!
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Leonard by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Leonard practices with the DeFranco Law Firm at 17 West 703 Butterfield Road in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois
