Attorney Michael Kendall of Evansville, IN; ethically inept

The state of Indiana provided Michael Charles Kendall with a law license in 1975.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Michael guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to keep clients reasonably informed of status of their cases
  2. Failed to render prompt accountings of fee claims to clients
  3. Failed to promptly refund unearned fees after being fired (cheater)
  4. Charged clients unreasonable fees
  5. Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account
As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Michael by gifting him with a complimentary 90 day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Michael practices at 5111 Lincoln Avenue in Evansville, Indiana.
