The state of Michigan provided Todd M. Halbert with a law license in 1981.
 
A Tri-County Hearing Panel found Todd guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Handled a legal matter he was incompetent to handle (moron)
  2. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  3. Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal (Up Yours, said Todd!)
  4. Handled a matter without proper preparation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the State Bar punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Todd practices at 24359 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
