Attorney Jeffrey Blau of Tampa; drug abuser 
The state of Florida provided Jeffrey A. Blau with a law license in 1978.
The Florida State Bar found Jeffrey guilty of misconduct on at least two separate occasions as set forth below.
Jeffrey was found to be in possession of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia. The illegal items were located in Jeffrey’s automobile during a search of his automobile following a traffic stop.
The arresting officers then asked Jeffrey for permission to search his law office. Jeffrey gave his permission for the officers to conduct a warrantless search. Officers then discovered addition marijuana in Jeffrey’s desk.
Subsequently, Jeffrey accepted participation in the misdemeanor intervention program offered through the county court, which later led to the criminal case against him being dismissed. However, the dismissal obviously didn’t mean that Jeffrey was not guilty of engaging in the criminal conduct he was arrested and charged with.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Jeffrey practices at 213 East Davis Blvd. in Tampa, Florida.
