Attorney Adam Rogers of Philadelphia; repeat offender 
The state of Pennsylvania provided Adam J. Rogers with a law license in 1992.
The Disciplinary Board found Adam guilty of misconduct:

Failed to provide competent legal representation (moron)

Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)

Failed to keep clients informed about status of their legal matters

Failed to timely respond to client inquires

Failed to explain matter sufficiently to afford client to make informed decision re: representation

Failed to maintain required client trust account records

Failed to refund unearned fees (crook)

Failed to take necessary steps to protect client interests when fired

Engaged in the illegal practice of law in another state

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonest, deceit or misrepresentation’

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Willfully violated disciplinary rules

Failed to notify clients as required that his law license was suspended
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Adam’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three (3) informal admonitions for engaging in the following misconduct:

Failure to adequately communicate with clients

Failure to terminate his representation of client when required

Neglected legal matters entrusted to him
-
Commingled client funds with his personal funds
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Adam practices at 1816 West Girard Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
