Attorney Victor Yang of Dallas; ethical elf

The state of Texas presented Victor Yang with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

A panel of the District 1 Grievance Committee found Victor guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of personal injury case
  • Failed to comply with requests for information from client
As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Victor by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Victor continues to practice in the Dallas, Texas area.
