Attorney Lori Brown of Columbus, OH; apologist for Dishonest Judges

 
The state of Ohio provided Lori Jean Brown with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.
 
After she fully realized that no reputable law firm in the Columbus or Toledo area was about to offer her a good paying job, Lori sought employment with Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court. She was subsequently hired in 1995.
 
Lori’s alleged job is to rid Ohio of dishonest and/or incompetent attorneys. However, she has proven over the years to be an enabler and apologist for crooked judges. When provided with irrefutable evidence of the following judicial misconduct, Lori had the chutzpah to repeatedly state that said conduct was acceptable.
  1. Retired Visiting Judges billing the state for hours they never worked
  2. Sitting appellate judges billing for travel expenses they never incurred
  3. Retired Visiting Judges billing two counties for 8 hours work on the same day
  4. Judges refusing to withdraw from cases when they were clearly biased
  5. Judges using profanity when dealing with litigants
  6. Appellate Judge engaging in ex parte communications
  7. Filing sham unauthorized practice of law actions
During Lori’s tenure, Ohio has ranked at the bottom of all states for disciplining incompetent and/or dishonest Judges.
 
As we speak (ca. October 2012) Lori is presently employed as Chief Assistant Disciplinary Counsel with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel at 250 Civic Center Drive in Columbus
