The state of California provided Christopher Lee Congleton with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Western State University Law School in Fullerton, California.
The California Bar Court found Christopher guilty of misconduct involving at least eight clients as set forth below.
In on matter, Christopher distributed settlement proceeds regarding a personal injury matter, but failed to pay the client’s medical provider for four (4) months.
In another matter, Christopher, failed to respond to a client’s reasonable case status inquires and the client was forced to hire another law firm to handle her personal injury matter.

In mitigation, Christopher had the chutzpah to blame his misconduct on extreme emotional difficulties he was alleged suffering due to difficulties with his significant other. As expected, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court bought into Christopher’s BS and awarded him mitigation for his misconduct. What a joke!
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Christopher by gifting him with a 90-day suspension of his law license
