Attorney Stephanie Bond of Phoenix; potty mouth liar

The state of Arizona presented Stephanie K. Bond with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Stephanie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

Stephanie left an inappropriate (foul mouthed) voice-mail message for an attorney in which she used profane and/or threatening language.

Subsequently, the targeted attorney notified law enforcement and an investigation was undertaken. During the investigation, Stephanie knowingly and intentionally fai

led to answer a police detective’s questions truthfully (lied) and falsely claimed that someone else had recorded the message

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Stephanie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) J. Stephanie practices with the Law Offices of Stephanie K. Bond in Phoenix, Arizona.
