Attorney Stuart Gray of Boston; incompetent moron

 
The state of Massachusetts presented Stuart F. Gray with a law license in 1968.
 
The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Stuart guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to return client files to client after being discharged
  2. Failed to provide competent legal representation (moron)
  3. Failed to respond to repeated calls from client
  4. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  5. Failed to appear at mandated hearings on client’s behalf
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Stuart by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
Stuart was hired to file real estate tax abatement applications for a client who held a beneficial interest. After filing the applications they were denied by the City of Boston. Stuart then appealed to the Tax Board; however, he failed to actively pursue the appeals, which included his non-appearance at a scheduled hearing. In truth, Stuart abandoned his client.
 
As we speak (ca. October 2012) Stuart practices with The Law Offices of Stuart Gray at 29 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, Massachusetts.
