Attorney Earl Tritt III of San Diego; serial drunk & repeat offender
The state of California provided Earl F. Tritt III with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.
The California Bar Court found Earl guilty of the following misconduct on the following occasions.
Earl the Drunk has been convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) four (4) times. After his 4th conviction, the morons sitting on the State Bar accepted Earl into its alternative discipline program for lawyers with substance abuse problems. Rumor has it that the program is co-sponsored by Jack Daniels and Igor Stolichnaya.
The State Bar also found Earl guilty of misappropriating (stealing) client funds.
As a consequence of his most recent misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Earl by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. September 2012) Earl practices with the Law Offices of Earl F. Tritt III at 2525 Camino Del Rio South in San Diego, California.
