Justice Annette Ziegler is but another intellectual dwarf and certified ethical gnome.
Prior to duping Wisconsin voters into placing her on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Justice An
 nette Z iegler was a Circuit Judge in West Bend, which is about 40 miles north of Milwaukee.
While sitting on the bench in West Bend, Justice Annette Ziegler presided over eleven cases involving West Bend Savings Bank where her husband J.J. Ziegler served as a director. In addition, Justice Annette Ziegler owned stock in the West Bend Savings Bank.
Being the accomplished moron and ethical gnome that she clearly is, Justice Annette Ziegler was intellectually incapable of understanding the term “conflict of interest.” As a result of her intellectual failings and more importantly because she is a certified moron and ethical elf, Justice Annette Ziegler knowingly and intentionally violated the Code of Judicial Conduct by refusing to remove herself from these West Bend Savings Bank cases.
Recommended Ethics Punishment for Justice Annette Ziegler
A panel of three appeals court judges (now there’s a group of unbiased individuals, right?) recommended that Justice Annette Ziegler receive a [complimentary] reprimand. The enablers and apologists on the panel said Justice Annette Ziegler should have known not handle those cases. Wow, these folks are like big time Wizards, right?
The certified morons and enablers on the panel had the unmitigated chutzpah to rule that Justice Annette Ziegler acted “without moral culpability” because she did not mean to violate the ethics code. Give me a break you idiots! How in the hell is it possible that Justice Annette Ziegler “accidently” violated Judicial Code of Conduct eleven (11) consecutive times?
This moronic ruling by these three certified buffoons (my apologies to buffoons) is analogous to ruling that the late Jeffrey Dahmer “accidently” made his first eleven (11) dinner guests part and parcel of his rather odd menu. Hear tell that Jeffrey’s rump roast is out of this world!
Panel Members Defend their Moronic Punishment of Justice Annette Ziegler
The simple-minded members of the panel attempted to justify their asinine punishment of Justice Annette Ziegler by stating that it could find no rationale for giving Justice Annette Ziegler a stiffer penalty than the [so-called punishment] previously handed out to the following [Judicial Misfits].
Milwaukee Circuit Judge Frank Crivello for battering his wife (complimentary reprimand)
Waukesha Circuit Judge Lee Dreyfus, Jr. for repeated perjury; filing false certificates for work he did not perform, and lying to investigators (15-day complimentary suspension)
Of course as expected, the morons and ethical twerps sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court found that a “complimentary reprimand” was sufficient punishment for fellow justice Annette Ziegler.
An unreliable source indicated that the Supreme Court Justices then threw a celebratory party for Justice Annette Ziegler after awarding the “complimentary reprimand” to her.
Isn’t it nice to know that this unethical moron now sits on the Wisconsin Supreme Court? Isn’t Wisconsin a wonderful country Justice Annette Ziegler? |
