Attorney Paul Blaylock of Portland, OR; ambulance chaser par excellence

The state of Oregon provided Paul Blaylock with a law license in 1984. Paul is also a licensed physician practicing in Oregon and Washington.

The Oregon State Bar found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.

While working as an emergency room doctor, Paul approached the family of a car accident victim. He identified himself as a lawyer, gave the family a business card and told them that they could contact him if they needed legal advice.

The Bar recommended that Paul receive a public reprimand for pimping his services when he was not approached by a client.

When Paul’s case came before the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court, they refused to abide by the Bar’s recommendation that Paul receive a public reprimand.

The comedians on the Supreme Court voted to dismiss the compliant thereby allowing ambulance chasing attorney to actually work at a hospital in order to pimp their services. What a joke!

This gives “ambulance chasing” a new meaning since Paul doesn’t actually have to chase ambulances; he only has to chase down family members of those injured in auto accidents, thereby allowing to act as his own personal pimp.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) Paul practices law at 4500 NW Malheur Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
