Judge Richard McQuade; scofflaw, moron, bootlicker, ethical gremlin

There can be no dispute that Judge Richard McQuade is a certified crook, celebrated moron and ethical gremlin.

In the mid-nineties, after being assigned by his mentor and fellow ethical twerp, Chief Justice Thomas Moyer to a case in Bowling Green, Ohio, Judge Richard McQuade forever cemented his status as moronic-crook.

Judge Richard McQuade’s mentor, Chief Justice Thomas Moyer assigned him to this case to assure of an outcome that would please him. Being the complaint lackey and bootlicker that he was, Judge Richard McQuade was more than happy to do Chief Justice Moyer’s bidding.

In this particular case, several crooked lawyers, all of whom were friends of Judge Richard McQuade and Chief Justice Moyer, had put forth a claim for fabricated attorney fees.

In their lawsuit, these crooked lawyers claimed they had suffered “severe mental anguish” due to the fact that they were sued for being the crooks the legal community in greater Toledo, Ohio had acknowledged they were for many, many years.

The Chief attorney crook running this ongoing criminal enterprise was David Romaine Pheils of Perrysburg, Ohio, a bedroom community adjacent to Toledo.

During the bench trial held before Judge Richard McQuade on the sham claims put forth by attorney David Romaine Pheils and his two crooked partners, Dale R. Crandall (disbarred in 2003) and Marshall Wisniewski, Judge Richard McQuade ruled that under Ohio law Pheils, et al. were prohibited from pursing mental anguish claims on a simple breach of contract claim.

However, because Judge Richard McQuade was apparently guaranteed a percentage of any fraudulent claims for fees he awarded to these crooked lawyers, he then awarded them over $10,000 in pro se (means the attorney represented themselves and each other) fees for the sham hours they claimed to have spent pursuing an illegal claim under well-settled Ohio law.

To cement his status as one of Ohio's all-time crooked judges, Judge Richard McQuade had the chutzpah to state on the record when he awarded the illegal fees of $10,000, that he did so because the time these crooked lawyers spent pursuing this illegal claim was both "necessary and reasonable."Is this clown (my apologies to clowns) a certified idiot or what?

Now, ya gotta be one big-time crooked judge to rule on the record at 4:30 pm on one day that mental anguish claims in a simple breach of contract claim are illegal in Ohio, and then within twenty-four hours (the very next day) award your crooked friends over $10,000 in attorney fees, right?

One can only imagine the delight that Chief Justice Moyer experienced when he learned from his compliant lackey Judge Richard McQuade that he had performed is injudicious (aka, illegal) duties in accordance with the directive he received from Chief Justice Moyer.
