Attorney C. Bruce Abraham of Marshall, TX; crook

State of Texas presented C. Bruce Abraham with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from South Texas Law School.

The District 1-3 Grievance Committee found C. Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  2. Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
  3. Failed to respond to client’s reasonable requests for information
  4. Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
  5. Failed to respond to grievance investigation (Up Yours, said C. Bruce!)
As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t C. Bruce’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 2009 he received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) C. Bruce practices 37 Cherrywood Circle in Marshall, Texas.

The grievance committee ordered C. Bruce to make restitution to his client (victim) of $1,500 which represented the unearned fees he felt it was acceptable to retain even though he didn’t provide any services. What a loser!
