Attorney David Getz of Lubbock, TX; ethical misfit
State of Texas presented David Norman Getz with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.
The District 16-2 Grievance Committee found David guilty of the following misconduct.
Dave was ordered to restitution of several hundred dollars to the client that he abused.
As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished David by gifting him with a stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians sitting on Committee didn’t mete out any significant punishment to David.
As we speak (ca. October 2012) David practices in the Lubbock, Texas area.
