Attorney Karl Pulley of Nashville; ethical dwarf

 

The state of Tennessee provided Karl Emmanuel Pulley with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.
 
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Karl guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to diligently represent clients (slacker)
  2. Failed to adequately communicate with clients

  3.  Failed to timely respond to disciplinary board inquires (Up Yours, said Karl!)

  4. Charged excessive fees
  5. Improperly terminated representation of clients
  6. Failed to take steps to correct facts he knew to be untrue
  7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  8. Knowingly violated the Rules of Professional Conduct
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Karl by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
 
As we speak (ca. Sept 2012) Karl practices at 4320 Enchanted Circle in Nashville, Tennessee.
