Attorney Leonard Davis of Northbrook, IL; moronic loser The state of Illinois presented Leonard Davis with a law license in 1968.
The Disciplinary Commission found Corey guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Leonard was hired to prepare a trust agreement for a client that eventually led to him preparing nine (9) amendments to the trust over the course of several years. On each of the nine occasions, Leonard designated himself as one of several residual beneficiaries to the estate, but on one occasion he named himself as a specific beneficiary who was to receive $50,000, which he later increased to $75,000.
On each of the nine (9) occasions that Leonard amended the trust and named himself as a beneficiary he violated Illinois law by then acting as the notary for his client’s signature.

Leonard had the chutzpah to defend his illegal conduct in regards to the nine times he unlawfully acted as notary for his client’s trust by “claiming ignorance of the law.”
Leonard the Moron was practicing law for over 42 years before he claimed to be an ignoramus. Luckily, the disciplinary board didn’t buy Leonard’s BS defense.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Leonard by gifting him with a complimentary 9-day suspension of his law license. .
