  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  2. Failed to seek law objectives of client (victim)
  3. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  4. Failed to provide competent legal representation (Dufus)
  5. Failed to comply with client requests for information
  6. Failed to explain matter to extent to permit client to make informed decisions regarding representation
As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. . 
 
As we speak (ca. September 2012) John continues to practice in the Utica, Michigan area.
