Henry was convicted in federal court of two counts of failing to file his federal income tax returns. Henry was subsequently sentenced to ten (10) years of supervised probation and was ordered to make restitution to the IRS in the amount of $121,233.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Henry by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.
It’s comforting to know that compliments of the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court, Henry are yet another criminal practicing law in Louisiana.
