Attorney Barbara Wylie of Weatherford, TX; ethical misfit

 
The state of Texas presented Barbara L. Wylie with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from South Texas College of Law.
 
An evidentiary panel of the District 14-3 Grievance Committee found Barbara guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected legal matter entrusted to her
  2. Repeatedly failed to carry out completely obligations owed to client
  3. Failed to keep clients reasonably informed about status of their civil case
  4. Failed to comply with client requests for information
  5. Failed to respond to grievance (Up Yours, said Barbara!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Barbara by gifting her with a complimentary six-month suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. September 2012) Barbara practices her brand of law in the Weatherford, Texas area.
