Attorney Gerald Staton of Fort Worth, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Gerald G. Staton with a law license in 1997 after he graduated St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District 7-3 Grievance Committee found Gerald guilty of the following misconduct involving several clients (victims).
  1. Failed to keep clients reasonably informed about status of their civil case
  2. Failed to refund unearned advance fee payments
  3. Failed to return file to client after being discharged
  4. Failed to file timely response to grievances in at least three matters
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Gerald by gifting him with a complimentary six-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2012) Gerald practices with Staton & Taylor PC at 902 South Jennings Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas.
