The state of Texas presented Brian Yusef Bernard with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.
 
The District 9 Grievance Committee found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to turn over entire file to client after being fired
  2. Never provided client with requested accounting re: payment of advance fees
  3. Failed to deposit client funds in trust account as required
  4. Failed to maintain trust account records for client funds for at least five years
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Brian practices with Bernard & Associates at 1203 Baylor Street in Austin, Texas.
