Attorney Danny Lee Barnes of Dallas; moronic loser 
The state of Texas presented Danny Lee Barneswith a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.
The District 6-A Grievance Committee found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.
While representing a client (victim) in a divorce case, Danny failed to appear at a mandatory pre-trial hearing or inform his client of the hearing. As a result of Danny’s failure to appear at the hearing on behalf of his client, the trial court granted the client’s husband a default judgment.
Danny then filed a motion for a new trial on his client’s behalf with the trial court, which the trial court granted. However, Danny the Moron failed to have the court’s order granting the new trial reduced to writing which allowed for the court’s jurisdictional authority over the matter to expire. Put simply, Danny’s client got screwed due to his gross ignorance.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary fully probated suspension of his law license. Zero punishment
