The state of Michigan provided David B. Gunsberg with a law license in 1974.
Tri-County Hearing Panel #78 found David guilty of the following misconduct.
David was convicted in Ohio for the criminal offenses of unlawful restraint, riot, and negligent assault.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished David by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. .
As we speak (ca. September 2012) David practices with the Law Office of David B. Gunsberg PC at 307 East Maple Road in Birmingham, Michigan which is a suburb of Detroit.
