The state of Arizona provided Phil J. Rogers with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.
 
The Arizona State Bar found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to diligently represent clients (slacker)
  2. Failed to communicate with clients
  3. Failed to properly manage his trust account
  4. Failed to maintain proper trust account records as required
  5. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  6. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with another complimentary censure.
 
As we speak (ca. September 2012) Phil practices with the Law Offices of Phil J. Rogers at 4160 East Camino Street in Mesa, Arizona.
