Attorney Paul Nalabandian of Arlington, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona provided Paul Nalabandian with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School. William is also licensed to practice in Virginia.

The Arizona State Bar found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  2. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his ability to practice law
  3. Engaged in dishonest and/or deceitful conduct
Paul was involved in a fatal hit and run accident. Specifically, Paul was a passenger in a vehicle that struck and killed a pedestrian.

As the dirty-low-down-dog he is (my apologies to dogs), Paulie left the scene of the accident and assisted the driver of the vehicle to leave the scene. Paulie also failed to report the accident as soon as possible after it occurred.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paul by gifting him with another complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Paul practices at 901 North Nelson Street in Arlington, Virginia.
