Attorney Cynthia Myers of Voorhees, NJ; repeat offender, liar

The state of New Jersey presented Cynthia Sharp Myers with a law license in 1983.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Cynthia guilty of engaging in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation regarding the criminal investigation of Rabbi Fred Neulander regarding the murder of his wife Carol.

Eventually Cynthia was interviewed by police at her law office about Neulander’s murder and the Rabbi’s involvement. Cynthia was asked about a conversation she had with Peppi Levin in which Levin related that Neulander said that he would to find his wife dead and asked if Levin knew anyone who could help him. Cynthia denied she had such a conversation with Levin.

2 ½ years later, Cynthia was interviewed again by criminal investigators regarding Carol’s murder. During this interview Cynthia told the truth about the conversation she had with Levin, wherein the Rabbi told Levin he would like to come home and find his wife dead on the floor and asked Levin if he could find someone who would kill Carol.

Cynthia the Liar intentionally concealed the truth from law enforcement regarding the Rabbi’s involvement in his wife’s murder. Her weasel defense was that she didn’t want to get involved in the matter. Apparently, she wasn’t’ concerned about the oath she took when she became an Officer of the Court in 1983.

This wasn’t Cynthia’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for publishing and circulating in various newspapers ads that falsely portrayed her ability in the filed of living trust and estate law.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2012) Cynthia continues to practice in the Voorhees, New Jersey area, which is about 25 miles northeast of Trenton.
