Attorney William Mikita of Woodbridge, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented William P. Mikita with a law license in 1994.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found William guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  2. Failed to provide client with details of settlement agreement
  3. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  4. Failed to properly supervise non-lawyer employees
  5. False notarizations of client’s signature on official court documents
And this wasn’t Robert’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2012) William continues to practice in the Woodbridge, New Jersey area
