Attorney Louann Wonski of Fords, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Louann K. Wonski with a law license in 1992.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Louann guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to properly communicate with clients
  2. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  3. Failed to act diligently in representing clients (slacker)
  4. Refused to return client file to client after being fired
  5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  6. Refused to cooperate with disciplinary investigators (Up Yours, said Louann!)
  7. Failed to comply with a court order
After a client fired Louann due to her gross misfeasance in representing the client’s legal matters, she refused to return the client’s file. Eventually, the client’s new attorney was forced to obtain a court order for Louann to return the file, a court order that Louann refused to comply with.

And this wasn’t Louann’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Several years earlier she received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Louann by gifting her with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Louann practices at 552 New Brunswick Avenue in Fords, New Jersey
