Attorney James Peck IV of West Orange, NJ; convicted pervert

The state of New Jersey presented James I. Peck IV with a law license in 1974.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found James guilty of the following misconduct.

Jimmy pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. Because the child porn was mailed to Jimmy from New York to New Jersey, he was criminally prosecuted in a federal court. Jimmy admitted to possessing several magazines that involved the use of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Jimmy was subsequently sentenced to a 15-month prison term, to be followed by a 3-year term of probation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

Again we have another convict practicing law in New Jersey compliments of the comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) James practices at 47 High Street in West Orange, New Jersey.
