Attorney Peter Bumerts of Santa Rosa, CA; convict
The state of California provided Peter Bumerts with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law College. .
The California Bar Court found Peter guilty of the following misconduct.
Peter was the former chief deputy district attorney for Sonoma County. During his tenure as a public official, Peter was convicted of three (3) felonies, all of which involved attempts to obtain drugs through fictitious prescriptions. Peter’s third criminal conviction took place while he was on criminal probation.
As a consequence of his felonious criminal conduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Peter by gifting him with a 24-month suspension of his law license.
Its comforting to know that compliments of the buffoons sitting on the Bar Court, we have yet another convicted felon practicing law in California.
