The state of New Jersey provided Mark A. Bailey with a law license in 1996.
 
The Disciplinary Review Board found has found Richard guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Gross neglect
  2. Lack of diligence in representing clients (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  4. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  5. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  6. Made a misrepresentation (lied) to a judge
  7. Failed to accept responsibility for his misconduct
  8. Not forthcoming in his testimony before the Disciplinary Board (lied)

Richard was previously found guilty of the misconduct on the following occasions:
 
In 1993 Richard received a complimentary private reprimand for:
  1. Failing to provide client with written fee agreement
  2. Failing to provide competent legal services (moron)
  3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
In 2002 Richard received a complimentary admonishment for failing to provide his client with a written fee agreement setting forth the basis or rate for his fee.
 
As a consequence of her latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Richard by gifting him with a complimentary censure. .
 
As we speak (ca. August 2012) Richard practices at 50 Park Place in Newark, New Jersey.
