The state of New Jersey provided Edward S. Seradzky with a law license in 1975.
The Disciplinary Review Board found has found Edward guilty of the following misconduct.
The Board discovered that Edward’s trust accounts were not being properly audited as required by the rules. The Board noted that these same deficiencies were found when an audit of Edward’s trust accounts was conducted 12 years earlier in 1996.
This wasn’t Edward’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 1994 Edward received a complimentary private reprimand for failing to communicate with a client for lack of diligence in representing a client.
As a consequence of her latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Edward by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2012) Edward practices at 307 Montgomery Street in Bloomfield, New Jersey.
