Attorney Jacqueline Harris of Newark, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey provided Jacqueline Rochelle Harris with a law license in 1990.

The Disciplinary Review Board found has found Jacqueline guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary authorities (Up Yours, said Jacqueline!)
  2. Failed to promptly notify third party of funds received that party had interest in
  3. Failed to promptly deliver funds to third party as required
  4. Failed to safeguard funds lawfully belonging to a third party
  5. Improperly disbursed client funds
  6. Failed to recognize or appreciate her misconduct
The Disciplinary Board concluded that Jacqueline’s conduct before the hearing panel was an aggravating factor in that she acted in a belligerent manor.

This wasn’t Jacqueline’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 2001 she received a complimentary admonishment for practicing law without a license.

As a consequence of her latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Jacqueline by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Jacqueline practices at 17 Academy Street in Newark, New Jersey.
