The state of New Jersey provided Charles Edgard Austin with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School. Charles was also presented with a law license in New York in 1998.
 
The Disciplinary Review Board found Elliot guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to maintain proper trust accounts
  2. Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  4. Made false statements on annual attorney registration forms
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Charles by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2012) Austin practices with the Law Offices of Charles E. Austin PC at 204 Taylor Street in Orange, New Jersey.
