Attorney Marie Klopchic of Fairfield, CA; deceiver, liar 
The state of California provided Marie Isabel Klopchic with a law license in 1999 after xhe graduated from California State University Hayward Law School.
The California Bar Court found Marie guilty of three counts of misconduct involving two divorce cases as set forth below.
In one matter, Marie represented the husband in a divorce case. The wife was served with a temporary restraining order (TRO) and a hearing was set. The wife’s attorney was unavailable the day of the hearing, but he reached an agreement with Marie’s assistant that they would ask for a continuance with the understanding that the TRO would remain in effect. Opposing counsel expended Maria to inform the court of their agreement at the hearing.
Instead, Maria appeared at the hearing and told the judge the wife was supposed to appear and ask for a continuance. Maria’s statements were knowingly false and intended to persuade the court to issue a permanent restraining order without the other side being present. As a result of Marie’s deceitful conduct, the trial court did in fact issue a permanent restraining order.
In another matter, Maria willfully disobeyed two court orders requiring her to prepare certain agreements and findings. Maria’s response to the court was in reality “Up Yours!.”
As a consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Marie by gifting her with a 30-day suspension of her law license.
As we speak (ca. August 2012) Marie practices with the Solano County Superior Court at 600 Union Avenue in Fairfield, California.
