Attorney Jonathan Bornstein of South San Francisco; habitual drunk

The state of California provided Jonathan Andrew Bornstein with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the San Francisco Law School

The California Bar Court found Jonathan guilty of the following misconduct.

Jonathan pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI). This was Jon’s third (3rd) conviction for driving under the influence.

The trial court sentenced Jonathan to 120 days in the county jail and declared him to be an habitual traffic offender and suspend his driver’s license for three years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Jonathan by gifting him with a stayed 18-month suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians on the Bar Court didn’t provide any real punishment to Jonathan the Lush.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Jonathan practices with Simpson, Garrity, Innes & Jacuzzi at 6 01 Gateway Blvd. in South San Francisco, California.

On its self-serving website at www.sgilaw.com, the Simpson firm makes no mention of Jonathon’s repeated criminal convictions. I suppose the firm felt if it exposed Jon’s habitual drunkenness it might tend to limit its future victim pool.
